Group Class Schedule

Beginners are welcome. Come as you are.

Niantic, Black Point

Classes held at Black Point Clubhouse, 6 Sunset Ave, Niantic CT. $3 cash drop in for each class. No registration required. Mats available, bring your own if you have one! Dress in layers, mornings can run chilly especially in the early spring and late summer.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7-8 AM
